High Temperature Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell

Electrochemical Converter

A high temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell, or HT-PEMFC, also called a high temperature polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell, is a type of proton exchange membrane fuel cell built to operate at temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Celsius, well above the roughly 80 degree operating range of the ordinary low temperature PEM design. HT-PEM fuel cells are used in both stationary and portable applications.
