All Air Purification

Devices that clean the air people breathe by removing contaminants, including air purifiers and activated carbon filtering. A technology belongs here when its cited article describes removing contaminants from air with a filter or sorbent bed. It excludes the industrial particulate collectors and flue gas scrubbers that clean furnace and exhaust gases at the source, which have their own groups, and this group is kept separate because these devices treat room and ambient air.
