This dimension groups energy organizations by the era in which they were founded. Wikipedia notes that the International Energy Agency "estimates that to achieve net zero emissions by 2050, 90% of global electricity will need to be generated by renewables," an agency founded specifically to track and guide this kind of long-range energy planning. Browsing by founded era lets a visitor compare organizations established in the same period.
