All Prospective Ocean and Space Energy

Energy sources that draw on the sea or on space and have not yet reached wide commercial use, namely ocean thermal energy conversion, which uses the temperature difference between warm surface water and cold deep water, and space-based solar power, which collects sunlight in orbit. A source belongs here when its cited article describes such a concept. It excludes land-based solar and wind power, which are in wide use, and it is kept separate because both need very large structures in hard environments.
