Salinity Gradient Power

Ways of drawing energy from the difference in salt content between river water and seawater, namely osmotic power, reverse electrodialysis and pressure-retarded osmosis. A technology belongs here when its cited article describes salinity gradient energy. Each of these methods extracts energy from the natural tendency of fresh water and salt water to mix, either by using a membrane that produces a voltage or by raising the pressure of the salt side. A method is placed here by the salinity gradient principle the cited article describes.
