Mustafa Sanalla is a Libyan oil executive who served as chairman of the National Oil Corporation, Libya's national oil company, from May 2014 to July 2022. A chemical engineering graduate of the University of Tripoli in 1985, he rose through Libya's Ras Lanuf Oil and Gas Processing Company before his appointment, and as chairman he worked to keep the National Oil Corporation independent and to increase Libya's oil production despite the country's ongoing civil conflict.
